Background
Developed by Riot Games, League of Legends is the multiplayer online battle arena video game that has dominated the genre. Regular tournaments are held all over the world and these logo concepts were created in order to bring these events under one banner. The logos draw their inspiration directly from the game, featuring “inhibitor” inspired crystal elements and heavy metal texturing. They also have a dedicated “region” space featuring a flag that can be changed to reflect where the tournament is taking place.
